Also called ‘flow’ because of the smooth way its poses run together; Vinyasa is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.
Synchronising breath with movement, practitioners transition seamlessly from one pose to another guided by the rhythm of their breath. Vinyasa emphasises the connection between breath and movement and helps build both physical strength and flexibility, as well as mental focus and mindfulness.
