Energy delivered from a practitioner’s hands to improve flow, balance and support healing
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing therapy used to promote relaxation and relieve pain, anxiety and fatigue. Reiki can be used and practised by anyoneand is also practised in hospitals, hospices, and clinics around the world.
Energy is delivered from our Reiki practitioner’s hands to your body to improve the flow and balance of your energy and to support healing.
Used as a standalone therapy or to compliment a traditional medical treatment plan Reiki is non-invasive, safe and has no known harmful side-effects.
The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means universal or spiritual, and "ki," which means life force energy. The concept behind Reiki is that there is a life force energy that flows within and around all living things and disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual issues.
It is important to note that Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment but rather a complementary practice that can support overall wellbeing.
Reiki is not tied to any specific religion or belief system and can be received by anyone, regardless of their background or beliefs.
